These are the two examinations which are of completely different joner one is an engineering entrance examination and the other the main medical entrance examination
usually neet examination villain compass questions on biology is so you might find it difficult to retain stuff but at the same time mathematical calculations are a part of JEE mains and their less to be faced in the neet examination
Toughest exams usually includes like IIT entrance examinations as well as AIIMS entrance examinations but out of JEE mains and neat is very difficult to make a call although many people say that neet is a bit more difficult

You are talking about 2 different exams for different courses with completely different pattern .
It's not justifiable that you compare them.
Just prepare for your exam and don't think about others that will help you in remaining happy and satisfied with your life .

Both have their own level we can't say which one is tough I'm general level of question is high in jee bt there is more competition in neet so respective students feel equal pressure and equal stress

It is totally depends upon your choice or in that subject you have deep knowledge and interest so that you can score good marks in that subject and then you will become an expert of that field.

But, in the JEE Main examination there are 90 questions have to sove in 180 minutes and in the NEET examination there are 180 questions have to solve in 180 minutes. So, we can say that the NEET questions easier than JEE Main questions but the time is very less as compared to the JEE Main exam. So, exactly we can not say which is toughest.

Actually pavan we cannot predict the toughest exam among the JEE and NEET both are most important and entrance exam conducted by central government but according to me NEET is tougher than JEE
