To get admission in top colleges for aeronautical engineering you should appear for JEE exam to get admission in NITs and IITs.

I would suggest you to target IITs as for that you will have to clear Jee Advanced exam and along with that you can give SRM, VIT, Manipal as well. So plan and prepare accordingly to get your desired college.
