Admissions to IITs are based on different exams for different courses.
For admissions to B.Tech courses, JEE Advance scores are considered. It is usually conducted in the month of May.
For M.Sc admission JAM examination is conducted every year in February.
For admissions to M.Tech courses, GATE examination is considered. Which is conducted in February each year.
So, depending upon the course you want to take admission in, you need to appear in these exams.

You seem to be interested in B.Tech courses. JEE is the only exam conducted for admission to this course.

There is no other option than jee for getting admission to IIT.

For getting admission in any IIT Institute ,you must score minimum 75% in PCM in xii board and you must qualify Jee main for which you have to score minimum 90 percentile . Then you should go for jee advanced . If you qualify in JEE advanced then only you will be able to get admission in IIT.

There is no other way to join in iit other than jee except NATA
