As for india learning any foreign language give you a great platform to increase your salary 

Especially japanese, german , french have a great scope in translation and interpretation field which ultimately increase your allowance 

Also for japanese there are 5 level (n5 to n1) in which n5 is the basic level .if you pass out upon n3 conducted by the japan country i.e,jlpt you have a great scope and the same goes for german

Yes learning a foreign language would help you and would enhance your CV as well. However there's so scope for any one or other language ,all the foreign languages are equal . It depends on you that how you incredibly you learn a language .
