which forein author books to reference for inorganic chemistry?

The General conception backs the belief of mugging  of inorganic chem. but it has great topics and you could easily predict results only by knowing a few logic based concept. as far as books are concerned the standard book i would recommend is Concise inorganic chemistry by J D lee. It's a standard book widely used for references.
