The reference book is the NCERT text books without any doubt. If you looking for some extra reference and more problem solving then i would recommend the books given below in this order.
1. Objective Physics and Chemistry by D.C. Pandey
2. NEET edition of mtg (for more question references)
3. Concepts of Physics by H.C.Varma & Dinesh Chemistry
4. Arihant NEET editions (for more application level complicated questions)
