For the percentile of 55 you rank is nearly around 5,00.000 and in that case you will not get any of the government colleges across India through JEE main counselling. You can also check your rank by this link

Better if you try some colleges of your own state in by participate in state counselling still you will get only lower government colleges in lower branches with 0% placement record. It will be more good if you try another 2 left attempt of JEE to improve your score so that you can get some good colleges. Or you can find some college by this link according to your percentile.
