All the medical colleges you have mentioned are Government Medical Colleges, So you can expect the teaching standards to be at par in the three colleges.

Generally the college that is often the first choice of students has greater cut off compared to rest, so if we go by this criterion all the three colleges have nearly the same cut off still GMC Kannauj is preferable.
