Sorry but I don't think so, you may or may not get government medical college because of these reasons

Last year in general category 533 was last at gmc, saharanpur not a good medical college

And this year paper was easy according to last year  so definitely cuttoff will be high around 550 

But don't get upset we can only pray that cuttoff will get low

First of all, congratulations on the score you get. It is absolutely great.

Other than KGMC you may get any govt college in UP.

You might get KGMU if you are lucky, or you will get GSVM Kanpur surely.

You might also get some other good colleges in UP.

Dear Sir/ma'm, the score of 536 is really an appreciable one. With this score you can expect the following colleges in your state under the 85% state quota counsellling: Government Medical College, Ambedkar nagar; UP rural institute of medical sciences , Government medical college Jalaun and Azamgarh Dr.R.M.Lohiya medical college according to cutoffs for 2018.
