Congratulations for such a good score in NEET 2019 with your score and assuming that you belong to Rajasthan then via state Quota you can get any govt medical College of your choice in Rajasthan the best one being Sawai man Singh medical College Jaipur and Ruhs medical College Jaipur. If you don't have domicile of Rajasthan then via AIQ you can get any College you want, the best one being Ruhs Jaipur, the data for obc category AIQ is not available and the cut off for AIQ General Category is less than 603 except SMS Jaipur. With 603 marks and belonging to obc category I think you might get govt medical college through state quota in Rajasthan. As per previous year the minimum cut off of rajasthan for obc under state quota was 559 marks of GMC Dungarpur. There are various other colleges in which you can get into.

We are predicting this on the basis of previous year cut off trends. We. Are not sure about this year cut off as it changes every year depending on no.of candidates, no.of seats and difficulty of exam. So hope for better result this time.

If I consider the previous year data .Then your marks  have good chances of getting you an admission in any of the government colleges in rajasthan through state quota ,but your rank does not support that.
Since last year 559 marks corresponded to 5847 rank.

The cutoff changes almost every year,so not much can be predicted .cutoff depends on the difficulty level of the paper and the number of students who appeared for the entrance exam.
