It depends upon a lot of factors such as the exam pattern, the number of students appeared, the number of students qualified, the highest score, whether you belong to any category or not .Cut-off changes from state to state. Here you haven't mentioned the category you belong to, so it's difficult to predict the exact possibilities. However, considering you as a general candidate, with 480 marks the chances of getting government seats seems less, how ever you can have admission in semi-goverment and deemed university and private medical colleges.
