Well that totally depends on your interest to be very honest since both are good fields. Biotechnology is a recently growing upcoming field in demand and chemical engineer which has and will always stay in demand and it's one of the oldest and evergreen branches. So you can ask yourself you'll be more comfortable with which one of these and choose accordingly.

Biotechnology Engineers can get jobs in Various pharmaceutical companies, government & private research lab, analysis laboratories, agricultural research lab, clinical research bodies and various reputed and related organizations are hiring the Biotechnology engineers, at the current employment scenario.
