Hello,


You can become an IAS officer from any stream in Class XI and XII. Students from all the three streams ie Science, Commerce and Arts are eligible for UPSC Examination.


----- Though it is advisable thatyou pursue Arts if you wish to become IAS as you would be able to learn the subject and syllabus of IAS examination right from Class XI and XIi which the Science aspirant would lack
