You cannot compare the courses you have mentioned here. The courses you have mentioned are not of same levels. One of the course is related to Graduation and another one is related to post graduation. So after completing graduation you can go for post graduation. So only after doing Btech you can go for msc physics course.

Btech has more salary and scope also. Both the degrees are good but btech is demanding degree. Btech is a professional course. Msc is also good but you have to take more efforts to get good job. By doing btech you can get good job in company. So I think btech has more salary and scope.
