BBA in finance means bachalor of business administration in finance department..in this course you have to study about the strategy of finance, finance management of company. It's mainly knowledge about the investment, skills about the Insurance etc.

BBA in international business means bachalor of business administration in international business department. In this department you study about the global buisness strategy, the global buisness enviornment , principle of this type buisness and operating the multiple companies.

Now both are different but releted to each other. If you are interested in finance and investment then go for finance department. But if you want to go for global business then go for international business.
