Bachelor's in agriculture has a really good scope in India. But if you are looking to go abroad in my opinion a bachelor's degree in pure science is the best. A degree in agriculture can easily get you a jib in india but you will need to minimum complete your masters degree for a high payer job. If you complete your PhD even better. In the end it is all on your interest and which course you like the most. Because a degree in pure science or any other subject other than engineering and medical should be done only if you are truly passionate about that subject.
