As of 2019, the best IIITs for placements are IIIT Delhi and IIIT Hyderabad. Both of these are producing some quality students and very decent packages in recent times.

Over the past few years the average placement package in these IIITs are around 18 lac per annum and highest package are around 40 lac per annum.
