Firstly, there is no such thing as industry electives that are in demand in an MBA course. Either your question is wrong or unclear. I will try to explain to the best of my knowledge.

You will be having various domains in an MBA course that are set as per the industry demands. In every domain, you will be having electives. Suppose you decide to take up operations, then you should definitely look for those electives that are in demand in the industry. Example - IoT is in demand, so if the concerned college is offering this particular elective, do consider taking it.

Now coming to the career prospects of fire protection and safety management. This subject is not as popular in India and not in heavy demand too. However, you might try looking for the career prospects outside India which are better for this course. Please do not expect very good campus placements in India, provided you take up this course, simply because it is still at a nascent stage.
