1. Assess your capability in respect of your peers: Without doubt, Resonance Kota has better faculty, but you only get to study from that faculty if you are in the top batches. And being in the top batch in Kota is much harder than being in the top batch in your Home City. So you might get better faculty in Delhi!
2. How much do you know? If you feel that your basics are clear and you need help with problem solving and learning specific topics, you can stick with Resonance in your Home City. However, if you need to be more focussed and are starting from scratch, Kota might offer a better atmosphere.
