Both Allen and Aakash are among the top institutes for medical preparation so it is difficult to tell which one is better.

In my opinion, Allen,Kota is a better option with the competition you face there by studying between large number of students. So there you get good exposure and everything is good there including study material, teachers, test series,etc.

I think Aakash will be a better option if you are looking for coaching for medicals. But I preferred you do more of self coaching than rely on coaching centres for studies. Coaching centres play a part but not a crucial role. It's always the student who has the significant part on his/her way to his/her goal.
