There is no such coaching institutes currently available in BOKARO which can be crowned as the BEST. There used to be FIITJEE at the TOP.But,the faculties of this INSTITUTE started to gather some experience and open their own private coaching corporations like: 

IPEC by RISHI JHA

INNOVISION by SUJA AHMAD

EMINENCE by AVIJEET KUMAR

AMBIITION by VIVEKANANDA SINGH

However, few of the good institute inclused:

1) FIITJEE Bokaro Centre

2) Bansal Classes

3) Akash Institute

you may do trial classes before joing the institute for better understanding

As for your query I like to say , that , there are no coaching like good or bad , it's just the faculty that introduces you to the subject in a more interesting way is what makes it good . 

Through such reasons I like to recommend you  Smartprep , Fiitjee , Pace or if you want to prepare in your home then Bansal is your choice . 

So take your time before deciding and whatever coaching you go to if you are dedicated enough then , nothing could stop you.

If you have capacity then you can crack JEE from any good coaching institute,so don't think much about this.Here is some good coaching in Bokaro which help you to guide in proper way

you can go for these coaching institute according to fees you can afford but you have to work hard if you want success.
