There is not much difference between BBA and BBM but BArch is a different course completely.

BBA stands for Bachelor of Business Administration & BBM stands for Bachelor of Business Management.

B.Arch is a 5 year professional degree course. It is different than BBA and BBM.

Architecture is concerned with planning, designing and constructing of living places. With a B.arch degree you can work in the various industries. There is a scope in India and abroad.

Suggestion:

Choosing an option for you depends upon your interest and career goals. You can do management after Barch as well. So after doing Barch if you did not like the architecture field then you can for management field.
