If we compare both the colleges then let me tell you that saraswati college kharghar has been given a ratings of 3.6/5 and AC patil kharghar is given a ratings of 3.0/5. This rating is given for the overall qualities including infrastructure, Placements, education and tge quality of education they provide...

Now, if we talk about CSE branch then saraswati college has higher placements than that of AC patil college... The highest package by which a student got placed is approximately 5.9 per annum. But of we talk about MNCs then they do not visit at both the colleges
.Moreover, the infrastructure is also more good as compared to A C Patil College...

AC Patil Kharghar(Out of 10):

Academic-6.6

Infrastructure-5.6

Accomodation-4.7

Placements-5.8

Saraswati Kharghar(Out of 5):

Placements-2.7

Infrastructure-3.4

Faculty and course curriculum-3.6

Crowd and campus life-3.2

Value for money-3.1

And some reviews about 'Saraswati engineering college' are totally not good,some students mentioned that the principal/dean of the college is unable to perform his job and he also can't speak in english.

So overall Ac patil kharghar might be a good option.
