Both the above colleges are good colleges and also both the college are almost equally good.

Both are government colleges,Both are approved by UGC,Both have NAAC A accrediations.

but if we want to compare the above two colleges than Chanakya National Law University,Patna is better than USLLS,Delhi as per the resouces.

CNLU holds 17 rank in law,also the campus life is good here.

but on the other hand USLLS,Delhi also provides good facilities,campus life,etc

choice is yours both are equally good. Hope this may help you.
