There is not much difference between B.E (CSBS) and B.Tech (CSBS).

The major difference is that B.E. will focus more on basic concepts and fundamentals of theoretical knowledge. On the other hand, B.Tech will be a skill oriented course and focus on practical applications rather than theoretical.

B. Tech courses are being provided by NITs , IITs, IITs etc., whereas, B.E, courses are being provided by all other colleges.

So, according to me, for which course you are getting a seat, join in that course. If the vacancy is there for both the courses, then the choice is yours, you can choose as per your wish.
