which is best between arihant physics series and cengage series for JEE advanced 2022?

Both are good. You can go for any one
CENGAGE is an good option for the preparation of JEE mains and Advance but yaah directly jumping to the Cengage will be somewhat problematic so you can go the basics books first like
NCERT ,
RD SHARMA,
ARIHANT etc.
For better results

For jee advance you can 1st visit  NCERT books because in NCERT is best for besics .
There are some books for physics
Concepts of Physics Vol I and II by H.C. Verma -this is best book for all things
IIT Physics by D.C. Pandey - toppers choice
Problems in General Physics by I.E. Irodov -Good for practicing problems

You can also JEE Advanced exam for see the pattern of exam.
You can also give  JEE Advanced mock test for better results.
