Biotechnology is a research field where as in Physiotherapy you'll be dealing with the patients. So choose as per your interest

In both you have to invest some years than your skills knowledge and expertise will help you to get the opportunities.

In Physiotherapy atleast you have to complete Master of Physiotherapy than think of good jobs and same in Biotechnology you have to think upto PHD level if you looking your career into research.
