With the JEE Main 2024 rank of 17,000, candidates can expect to get admission into some of the top B. Tech CSE colleges via the JoSAA counselling. With a 10,000-15000 or 20000-25000 rank in JEE Mains, you can still get admission into NIT. IIIT, GFTIs and other engineering colleges. These colleges may accept different rank ranges depending on the type of college and B. Tech course getting admission into CSE with any Govt. College anywhere in India will be difficult as there is a tough competition for Tier-1 Govt. Colleges. Try for Tier-2/Tier-3 Colleges for CSE & ECE than Electrical, it is a very good rank. You get easily get into top private universities. But getting into government institutions will be difficult(very less chance)
