I would suggest you to master NCERT. Because NCERT books are part of the stanadard syllabus for NEET UG exams. Also they would help you make the basic foundations for your success. If you master the NCERT books you would be able to solve almost every mcq. Make sure you clear any doubts you have from a friend or teacher. 

After you have mastered NCERT book then you can refer any other book as described in other comments.

For NEET, the NCERT books are standard and authentic source of information. Apart from these, you can undergo GRB Series by O.P.Tandon , Cengage Series - Chemistry Volumes. Arihant Publication series of previous NEET Examination

You should go for NCERT book first it will help you to build strong base. After that you can prefer the books.
