All the branches of engineering are best.Nowsdays most of the people prefer to do computer science engineering/IT due to increased placement opportunities in it sector.
But you should choose a branch in which you are interested so that you never get disappointed  in future.
Mechanical,civil and electrical branches are core branches and you can apply for government jobs after completing BTECH.
ECE branch is also the best as it has both placement opportunity in it sector and chances to get government jobs.
So choose a branch according to your interest.

Look best doesn't matter, your interest is matter... In which which way, you want to go, your passion! & which work you like the the most.
Agar computer Mein interest hain to, you can go with CSE, CSE (Cyber Security), software engineering.
ECE is the most demandable subject of these days & mother streams are also ever green (mechanical, electrical & civil).. Otherwise chemical engineering also a good choice if you have depth in chemistry..
