MBBS and M.Tech CSE are two different streams with their own opportunities. Rather than choosing which one is the better career option, look what's more interesting and passionate to you and choose the one towards which your interests are more inclined.

Achieving MBBS degree is not an easy task, it needs constant passion and dedication. It also have limited seats compared to B.Tech or M. Tech. After all, MBBS degree is a very prestigious degree but choose it only if you really have passion to become a doctor.

B.Tech or M.Tech CSE is also a degree with umpteen number of job opportunities.
