Although you have not mentioend your category or the exam you have appeared for, I think you will not get into any decent national level college. You may get admission in state private colleges but then again not everywhere aerospace engineering is taught. I think you will not get admission in any proper college which teaches aerospace engineering. Sorry to say like this, but really if you are passionate about aerospace engineering you better aim for better rank.

I would advise you to take preperation and appear for the exam again next year.

If you get a good score you will get into a good college.
