Both are good branches.It depends upon your interest,both are in trend.There is good scope in civil, because of ever increasing demand of houses.Every six months technology changes, CSE is also good option having enough coding skill.

CSE is best in b.tech in terms of placement and job opportunities .

CSE also provide good package to students as well as  it has more scope than civil engineering.

In my opinion you should take CSE .
