This is a 122 page booklet and can be accessed at cbse.nic.in. This list also gives you the details of the Institutions where you can pursue these courses from. So based on their future and scope, you can pick up the course. Neverthless, you can pursue Fine Arts, Performing Arts, Languages, Law, Fashion Technology, Event Management, Journalism and Mass Communication, Hotel Management, etc.
