According to your question, i would judge it totally on the basis of quality of faculty and the placements stats of the branch and also the versatility of the branch.

In my view , PvP Siddhartha college (cse) has strong placements as compared to vr siddartha college. But the faculty members of vr Siddhartha is better .

Still I would say PvP Siddhartha is a better one choose.
