Bharti Vidyapeeth Navi Mumbai is a better option due to a number of reasons. When it comes to infrastructure,  BV has good buildings and laboratory. They have net and wifi facilities and also canteen and library. The faculty and teachers are very helpful and supportive. They support and help you in every doubt you ask. They are very qualified and experienced. When it comes to placements, 95% students got placed; the highest salary offered was 11 LPA and the lowest  iffered was 2.5 LPA. Overall it is a good college and you should definitely consider it.
