Hi Pravallika,

You should prefer civil engineering if you are interested in how constructions are made and you are willing to make them. Civil Engineers also have a higher chances of getting into Govt. jobs. ECE is preferable if you are interested in knowing how computers and other electronic devices function. Also if you are interested in coding and IT based works.
