Hello,
.
Let's understand the differences first.

EEE:
Electronics and electrical engineering. It studies about both electrical as well as electronics  it deals with circuits, electrical things, transmitters, machine's etc. Syllabus will be easy only till 2 semesters. Only you get into 4th sem you seriously need to concentrate on practicals and many other things.  There's no much competition in this field. But Jobs availability is very good. Can get a job in utility companies, maintainance, power handling etc.,

ECE:
Electrical and communication engineering.it studies about communication and electronics.  Means it concentrates on communication device, systems as well as deceive developments. It deals with transmissions, device's, processors etc. Syllabus will be same as EEE till 1 year and from second year you will totally learn new things.ECE has more job opportunities. In govt, central as well as in private  companies. Can get a job as sales and service, research establisher, manufacturer etc.,

EIE:
Electronics and instrumentation engineering. It studies more about programming rather then  learning. It concentrates more on programming languages for developing the exist product or on upcoming new product. It deals with semi conductors, nodules etc., Syllabus will be same as EEE till 2nd semisters and next concretes more on development of thing's. EIE syllabus is much more easier when compared to both. Can get a jobs as programmer, developer etc.,

Now, selecting the course is upon you. Choose according to your interest

Hello Aspirant, It totally depends on you that which field you like the most, or which field you like to work for the entire of life. Here i am giving a brief of all the three branches.

EEE:Electrical and Electronics Engineering branch deals with Electrical technology and machines, circuit analysis, electronics, electromagnetism, electrical engineering materials, instrumentation, control systems, power engineering and transmission and distribution.

ECE: It means Electronics and Communication Engineering. This branch mainly deals with analog transmission, basic electronics, solid state devices, microprocessors, digital and analogue communication, analogue integrated circuits, satellite communication, microwave engineering, antennae and wave progression. It also deals with the manufacturing of electronic devices, circuits, and communications equipment.

EIE - It means Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering. It focused on the principles and operations of measuring instruments used in the design and configuration of automated systems. Instrumentation technology helps create, construct and maintain measuring and control devices and systems found in manufacturing plants and research institutions.
