I think Ramanujan is best for maths hons. Because the faculty teachers are best . They are very supportive and very punctual in their work and taught each and every student with different methods or way if anyone has problem in the concept  and extra curricular projects are given by the teachers which help the students in their resume for better jobs.
Going by the facts, it has been rated A by NAAC. Also in the NIFR ranking given by Union Human Resource Development (HRD), Ministry's national ranking framework ranked it 26th followed by same eminent colleges like Jesus and Mary(50th), IP college for women(52nd) and so on.
