Hello there

After completing BSc in nursing the candidate can find job in the fields like community helth, medical surgical pediatrics, obstetrics and psychiatry and also in the fields like hospitals, defense services, Industrial Houses and Factories etc.

Now after completion of GNM course you can enter into the fields like hospitals, private offices, training Institutes, schools, rehabilitation centres and in research field also.

Now I want to tell you that the graduate from B.Sc nursing have lot of job as compared to the diploma in GNM and also the salary packages offered for both professions are different and definitely the graduate of BSC nursing will be getting more salary than professional of GNM. Also you will be finding that there are various institutes which offers BSc nursing and GNM course is available in few of them and after completing your B.Sc nursing course you can enter into various academic fields as compared to the GNM.

So I would suggest you to go for BSC nursing if you are interested in it just because of the reasons which I have stated above.

I hope it helps you!

Good luck!
