Hello Subham!

You indeed must know the scope of qualifying NEET! You will pursue MBBS and then go for further higher studies to become a doctor with a specialization. But this option will require your constant effort and much hard work. You get fully established after an average of 8 years. You can also become a medical officer after MBBS but there are not many government job options before you complete your PG after qualifying NEET PG.

When BSc biochemistry is concerned, career opportunities can be virtually limitless: private research institutions, hospitals, government agencies, social and non-profit organizations all need good biochemists. They conduct research, experiment, trials, and find cures for diseases like cancer and AIDS and even mental disorders. Pharmaceuticals seek out for biochemistry professionals. Private R&D jobs are among the most lucrative options for a newly graduated biochemist. But you have to complete MSc in Biochemistry before expecting greater job options in the R&D sector.

But overall it's your choice but you have to be aware of the fact that opportunities are vast in both of your choices. Make a wise choice. You can excel with smart work.

All the best!
