Hello dear,
Basically it depends upon your interest...both the streams are good....if you want to make your career in computer feild as web developer ,web designer,cyber security, cloud computing, etc then go for bsc cs/it...
If you want to make your career in teaching feild or research feild then go for bsc physics....
