PG Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM) would be better. It is a 1-year career-oriented postgraduate course. The eligibility for the course is bachelors in HR or any related field of study with minimum aggregate marks as required by the institute. The average fee charged by the institutes ranges from INR 10k to 25 Lacs
