See, it entirely depends on your interests, PSCs are conducted by individual states for recruitment to various posts and probablity of working in your own state is more in this case compared to working as bank po. Also, what makes the difference is the pattern of the exam in both the case. In order to qualify for bank, speed and precision is very important, the level is tough for PO specially sections like Quant and Reasoning demands a lot of time to excel in it,  bank recruitment takes places  pretty fast compared to State PSCs or even UPSC for that matter.

Another important thing to consider while making a choice is go through the syllabus of both and try to analyze where you want to put your efforts into and which exam patterns suit you that you find interesting enough to be able to put that much hardwork because at the end of the say whether it's PSC or bank compeitition is intense and you have to give your best.
