When Lower NITs are to be compared with BITS PILANI  for cse branch then you must oot for cse branch from BITS PILANI.
But when higher Rank NITs are to be compared with BITS PILANI  then it would be difficult to choose and the choice will be yours.

If you have  a choice between lower NITs and BITS Pillani then you should opt for BITS Pillani. 

If you are getting top NITs then it totally depends on your choice that you want to prefer a government institute or private. You can also choose on the basis of location. 

 

In NIRF, Ranking NIT Trichy is in 11th position and BITS Pilani is in 16th position.
