     All the courses have good future scope , so I would suggest you to select a course based on your interest rather than the future scope of the course .
     The job opportunities after completion of a course may be one of the factor while choosing a course but the most important factor is your interest and strength . So if your are good at coding and interested in IT industry choose information technology. If your interested in circuits then go for electrical . If your are confused then better to choose electronics as it is a combination of both circuits and coding and the job spectrum after the completion of the course is also wide .
At last whichever filed you opt for make sure you are interested in that field , so you would study the subject more better and eventually get good score that will land you in a good job.  So choose wisely don't go on future scope as that keep changing every year and is not predictable.

every branch of engineering course will have it's own benefits and issues.so the decision is purely depends only on  you.as ECE engineer,i will suggest you to take Electrical/electronics engineering.

i got placed in software company so there is nothing gonna stop you.you need to be all-rounder i mean you've to learn some programming languages in addition to your academical studies.

it's my suggestion only dont take decision on this point.

just think and decide the course depends on your interest
