If you want to pursue career in engineering , then better go for M.E which definitely gives you a much more deeper understanding of  your selected Technical branch. But coming to MBA,  it gives you a broad knowledge of the service area which you need to be actually employed. MBA Focuses on the Administration  / Managerial part where as M.E focuses on the Technical  knowledge side of ones career.

What ultimately decides is that one's passion, interest towards the subject. If you want to start your career immediately then you may opt for MBA  , have wide understanding of the Business Administration area of  selected specialization. If any doubts, pls feel free to ask !!

If you need to develop your knowledge in engineering and do furtger research and pursue Ph. D., M. E. would be a right choice. If you wish to become an entrepreneur or a HR, you could study MBA. Both are specialized in their own ways. So act according to your will and vhoose your future career whether to become a researcher, professor or to become an entrepreneur.
