First, you must understand the difference between CSE and ISE which is not much-

• ISE deals only with the software while CSE deals with both software and hardware.
• Placement-wise both branches are similar but a few companies do not allow ISE students to sit for the coding round, they only allow CSE students.
• You can go for higher studies if you choose CSE.

I would suggest you go for CSE because it has a wider scope and it is uniformly given more importance.
