Bcom Hons LLB is far better than Bcom.The cutoff admission for Bcom LLB Honours is much higher than Bcom.LLB gives overview on various subjects however LLB honours gives more in depth learning and concepts learning.That is the basic difference and obviously the certificate has higher weightage than normal B (//B.com) com LLB.
