Which is better between btech or bsc(pcm) after 12

It depends on your capability and interest. Both are the different fields & have its own value. But in both of them Comparatively, career prospects after graduation in engineering is good the choice of engineering discipline & further specialisation under it gives an edge to choose and follow your career goals in that segment. While after B.Sc only doesn't have more opportunities if it is not followed by M.Sc or other higher degree programs.

After B.Sc you need to do M.Sc after that you can go for GATE to get admission in M.tech. For further to know the eligibily to apply for GATE you can go through with given below link.
